This 90-minute concurrent session will provide attendees with the information and tools needed to take control of their weight, maintain the weight loss, and become more healthy. Bob Wright will talk about:
- how small differences in eating and exercise habits can lead to big changes in health and well-being
- how to plan out your weight loss strategy and incorporate it into a busy life
- how trends in increasing portion sizes can lead to weight gain
- the importance of setting realistic goals
- the importance of journaling to stay on track

- anyone interested in taking the first steps towards weight loss and improved fitness
- previvors and survivors with a BRCA mutation or hereditary cancer in the family
- parents/relatives/loved ones of people with a BRCA mutation or hereditary cancer in
the family
